Kathmandu : inDrive, the global mobility and delivery platform, has launched its Passenger 360 campaign in Nepal. The campaign reinforces inDrive's commitment to giving passengers real choice over what they pay and quick access to a ride when they need one. It is built around the message "भाडामा कुरा मिल्छ, दुवैको चित्त बुझ्छ" (Agree on the Fare. Fair for Both). The idea at the centre of the campaign is simple: a ride feels fair when both the passenger and the driver agree on the price before it begins.
On inDrive, passengers see a suggested fare and can propose their own. Nearby drivers can accept that offer or respond with theirs. The passenger then chooses a driver based on fare, estimated arrival time, rating and vehicle. The price is settled before the trip starts, so passengers know exactly what they will pay. This campaign from inDrive brings together the two things that matter most to passengers in their daily travel: price predictability and fast ETA. Passengers can see each driver's estimated arrival time before confirming, which lets them pick the ride that gets them moving soonest.
The model is designed to work for drivers as well. Drivers choose which ride requests to accept and can counter-offer when a fare doesn't suit them, so they have a direct say in what they earn. That balance is what the campaign means by "fair for both." "Passengers in Kathmandu want two things from a ride: to know what it will cost, and to get it when they need it," said Mark Tolley, APAC Regional Director at inDrive. " Fare agreement has been at the heart of inDrive from the very beginning.
It gives passengers a real say in the price and gives drivers a fair say in what they earn. Passenger 360 is our commitment to keep offering reliable, value-driven rides to the people of Nepal, every day." inDrive Brand Ambassador and actress Swastima Khadka said, “What I appreciate most about inDrive is its transparency. Both passengers and drivers agree on the fare before the journey begins, helping avoid any misunderstandings about the price at the end of the ride. In a busy city like Kathmandu, having that peace of mind makes a real difference.
To me, ‘Agree on the Fare. Fair for Both’ reflects exactly that sense of mutual understanding, trust, and fairness that makes every journey more comfortable.” inDrive’s latest campaign video stars their long-standing brand ambassador, Swastima, and features a vibrant, authentic Nepali soundtrack that deeply resonates with local culture and is designed to captivate audiences.
